You know I have been w...Kelly I am so proud of you. You know I have been where you are and it can be frustrating. Know it is normal to hit plateaus on your journey. Make sure you are getting enough fruits and vegtables in. Sometimes we cut back on calories and this can do more harm than good. Interval training might help too. You most likely didn't get your water down as much when you were looking after your Mom. It will come!! Stay with it. It wil be so worth it!! Your body is getting healthier and stronger that is why the fast food tastes bad!! I am here cheering you on!! You just need to "surprise or shock: your body with something new--like cutting out meat, carbs, etc. or doing a completely different type of workout..if you usually do strength training, work on more cardio or add a little something extra to your regular exercise routine that is more strenuous.
